This weekend, I held a self-love event with my fabulous friend Naomi at the yogalife studio. It reminded me just how quietly powerful self-belief really is.
In the room, I watched people soften. I heard moments of realisation spoken out loud, some for the very first time. What stood out most wasn’t confidence in the loud, outward sense, but the gentle moments where someone paused and said, “I’ve never thought about it like that before.”
