In my sessions, I blend mindset work with holistic practices like meditation, breathwork, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), tapping (EFT), yoga, and test-based nutrition. Each of these tools supports transformation on a different level — helping you release emotional blocks, reframe limiting beliefs, calm the nervous system, and bring your body back into balance.
